Code Of Conduct

  1. Ethical conduct – All employees need to be responsible and accountable for the work assigned to them.  They need to work with a team spirit maintaining integrity, honesty & professionalism in all aspects.
  2. Transparency – We expect all our employees to maintain transparency in all their activities pertaining to the organization, so that it leads to less misunderstandings and a better productivity.
  3. Confidentially – Confidentiality needs to be maintained by all and not disclose any trade secrets, confidential information, knowledge, data or other information of the Company relating to products, processes, know-how, designs, formulas, test data, customer lists, business plans, marketing plans and strategies, and pricing strategies or other subject matter pertaining to any business of the company or any of its clients, customers, consultants, licensees or affiliates.
  4. Customer satisfaction – Our customer is our biggest asset and we need to deal with them in a professional manner.  “A happy customer will bring in more business”
  5.  Proper use of company’s property – All the company’s property needs to be taken care of as “Our Own ”.  Never misuse or let others misuse the company property.
